INGREDIENTS
14 oz. Angel Food Cake (8 inches across)
11.5-oz. package Boston Market Cinnamon Apples
1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream
1/4 cup white sugar
INSTRUCTIONS Cut the cake horizontally into three circles. Place the largest circle on a plate brown side down. Spread half of the apples on top. Place the second largest circles on the apples. Whip the cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form. Apply as icing to cake.
