INGREDIENTS
1 package Boston Market Meatballs with Classic Marinara Sauce Casserole
1 bag of frozen bread loaf dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup shredded Italian blend cheese
1 egg
¼ cup milk
Cooking spray
Optional ingredients: olives, capers, onions, bell peppers

INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost one loaf of the frozen bread dough overnight. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the loaf into thirds. Roll out each third into a flat circle using some flour on a board. If needed, use your hands and stretch it out and flatten it to 8 inches in diameter. Repeat with the other two. On the bottom half of the dough circle, place 5-7 meatballs and spoon some marinara over them. Sprinkle the meatballs with the mozzarella and the Italian blend cheese. Fold the dough over the meatball-covered half. Brush the bottom edge of the dough in front of the meatballs with beaten egg and milk (eggwash). Crimp the dough by pushing down with fork tines. Repeat this with the other two. Place calzones onto a flat baking sheet that is sprayed with cooking spray. Brush the tops well with the remainder of the egg wash. Place in oven. Bake 25 minutes, until tops are golden brown and dough is cooked.
