INGREDIENTS
1 12-inch ready-made pizza crust, tortilla or pita bread
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup Boston Market Creamed Spinach
½ cup goat cheese (blue or mozzarella optional)
Optional toppings: artichoke hearts, tomato slices, red pepper strips, grilled vegetables
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat grill, lightly oil the grates. Brush the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle garlic over the entire pizza. Place it on the grill until heated through. Heat creamed spinach according to package instructions. Remove pizza crust and spread heated creamed spinach over the top, leaving an inch around the edge. Top with goat cheese and optional toppings, as desired. Return pizza to the grill. Close the lid to heat the toppings and melt the cheese.
