Terms and Conditions: To submit your favorite recipe, just fill out the fields on this page. Your recipe may be posted on our site under a designated section. Once a recipe has been submitted, our chefs will review the recipe and determine whether it passes the necessary criteria before testing. By submitting material for publication, you authorize Boston Market Corporation and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and licensees unrestricted use of the material, including your name, city and state. We reserve the right to modify, reproduce and distribute the material in any medium and in any manner. We ask that you agree to the following disclaimer before submitting your original recipe. This disclosure, and all previous or additional disclosures related to the recipe(s) submitted herewith or at any time, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. In consideration of review and consideration of these materials by Boston Market Corporation ("BMC"), I agree that BMC may review this information on the following terms and conditions: 1. Disclosure of this information is entirely voluntary on my part and BMC cannot undertake to keep it in confidence. I understand that no confidential relationship whatsoever is established by or is to be implied from this submission or consideration of the submitted material, and that such material is not submitted in confidence, and that this submission, along with my name, and city and state of residence, may be posted on the interest or otherwise disseminated to the general public, and that is, in fact, the intent with which I submitted it. 2. Except to the extent that I have or obtain a valid patent, copyright or other registration on my recipe, BMC, its subsidiaries, and related entities, shall have the right to use and exploit the information in any way. This recipe is entirely original, and I have not copied or obtained it from any other source and I am unaware of any other person or entity with any rights in or to this recipe, or any part thereof. If I have obtained it from another source, I am submitting it with the full knowledge and permission of that source. 3. If I have or obtain a valid patent, copyright or other registration on this information I will notify BMC and provide copies to BMC of such patent, copyright or other registration and, if BMC wishes to use the information, BMC will negotiate with me concerning the terms of any such use. 4. BMC is under no contractual obligation with respect to the information or material submitted by me unless BMC enters into a properly executed, specific written agreement with regard to the material or recipe. I agree that, except as this Agreement may be superseded by a subsequent agreement in writing, I will make no claim against BMC, its subsidiaries or related entities, its or their officers, directors or employees, with respect to the materials submitted, other than those to which I may be entitled as a result of a valid patent, copyright or other registration. These terms are acceptable to me, and, after reading the foregoing, I expressly agree to them and request that you review the enclosed materials.
