Boston Chicken restaurants change their name to Boston Market to reflect the addition of ham, turkey and meat loaf. Company launches ready-to-heat banquet meals for the holidays.

Boston Chicken, Inc. goes public with 217 stores and revenues of $43 million.

Company name shortened to Boston Chicken, Inc.

1991
Boston Chicken Sales rise to nearly $21 million.

Cores and Kolow partner with George Naddaff to create New Boston Chicken Inc. with plans to expand.
