About Catering

  • Where do you offer catering?
  • Every Boston Market restaurant offers catering services. Our standard delivery radius is within 10 miles of each restaurant. To ensure timely, high-quality service, we have smaller delivery areas in some major metropolitan areas, such as Manhattan, NY. Find your closest restaurant.
  • What are your catering hours?
  • Our regular hours are 11am through 9pm. We can provide catering any time during these hours.
  • What is the minimum catering order?
  • Catering orders are ideal for five people or more. $60 order minimum for delivery.

 

Placing an Order

  • Is the information I give you secure?
  • Yes. This ordering site is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means any private information you give us will be encrypted automatically before it’s sent over the Internet.
  • How do I place an order by phone or in person?
  • To place a catering order, call a catering expert at 1-866-977-9090.
  • How far in advance can I place a catering order?
  • You can place online orders up to three months in advance. For longer time frames, please contact a catering expert at 1-866-977-9090. Just keep in mind, our menu and prices are subject to change.
  • Can I copy an order I’ve already placed?
  • Yes. You can duplicate any catering order. On the top of your past online order, there is a “duplicate order” button. When you click this button, all information from your previous order, except the date and time, will populate into a new order. Please follow the instructions, fill in a new date and time, and make any necessary changes. Our menu and prices are subject to change. If a price has changed since you placed an order, the new price will display for the items in your cart. If a menu item is no longer available, you will get an “item not available” message in your cart. You’ll have to delete that item before you check out.
     

    Paying for a Catering Order

    • How do I pay for my catering order?
    • You may pay with a credit card and/or gift card. For all other methods of payment, please contact a catering expert at 1-866-977-9090.
    • Can I use a coupon on a catering order?
    • Yes. Your catering coupon will have a promotion code. On the online “Checkout: Promotions & Payments” screen, type that code into the appropriate field. You’ll also be required to enter a credit card number and expiration date to cover any remaining order balance.
    • Can I use a Boston Market gift card to pay for a catering order?
    • Yes. On the online “Checkout: Promotions & Payments” screen, please type in your gift card number and the amount. You’ll also be required to enter a credit card number and expiration date to cover any remaining order balance.
    • Does the catering delivery total include a gratuity?
    • Yes. Your catering total includes a gratuity for the driver.
    • Do you charge taxes?
    • Yes. Our website will calculate estimated taxes. Final tax will be calculated and charged at the time of order. The final tax may vary slightly from estimated tax based on local tax rules.

     

    Changing a Catering Order

    • How can I modify an existing catering order?
    • To request a change to your order, please contact a catering sales specialist at 1-866-977-9090.
    • How can I cancel a catering order?
    • To cancel an order you’ve already placed, please contact a catering sales specialist at 1-866-977-9090.
    • What is the cancellation policy?
    • We accept cancellations up to 5pm local time the day before the scheduled catering event. Penalties may be assessed if cancellations are made after this time. Please review our Catering Cancellation Policy for further details.
