How does it work?

You must be a Rotisserie Rewards™ member to participate. Rotisserie Rewards members earn 1 Market Point for every $1 spent at all participating Boston Market locations. You can then redeem the points as explained below.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for Rotisserie Rewards by visiting www.bostonmarket.com/rotisserie-rewards, or you can download the Boston Market® mobile app.

What are the rewards?

Collect Market Points™ and redeem for a discount off of a minimum purchase or certain menu items based on your available balance of Market Points. Check out our Terms and Conditions for details on all the great food your Market Points can earn. Market Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed at participating Boston Market restaurants for specific Boston Market menu items.

How do I start collecting points?

Sign up through our website (bostonmarket.com) or Boston Market mobile app and register your phone number and email. Then make a purchase at a participating Boston Market restaurant, give your cell phone number at the register, and start collecting Market Points.

How do I redeem my reward?

At check out, give your cell phone number to the cashier and say that you’d like to redeem your reward. Please note that you must have placed the reward that you wish to redeem in your Rotisserie Rewards wallet before seeking to redeem it at a Boston Market restaurant. Rewards not placed, and visible, in your wallet may not be redeemed.

What if I don’t want to redeem my reward at my current visit?

You can tell the cashier that you’d like to redeem the reward on a future visit. Points will continue to accrue as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Do my points expire?

Yes, but only if you don’t make a qualifying Boston Market purchase for six months.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. Any Rotisserie Reward loaded into your wallet for redemption expires if not redeemed thirty (30) days after it was loaded into your wallet. Once loaded into your wallet, the redemption cannot be reversed, and the reward must be redeemed or it will expire. Market Points expire if there is no activity (Market Points accrued through purchases, or rewards redeemed) for six months. How do I redeem a reward?

If you want to redeem a reward, you must sign in to your Rotisserie Rewards account. You can then see what rewards, if any, are available to you based on your accumulated Market Points, and select the reward(s) (if any available) that you may want to redeem. The reward you select should be placed in your wallet before visiting a participating Boston Market restaurant. You then have 30 days from the day you place the reward in your wallet to redeem that particular reward at a participating Boston Market restaurant. To redeem in a participating Boston Market restaurant, simply tell the cashier when you check out that you would like to redeem a reward. If that reward (or any reward placed into your wallet) isn’t redeemed at a participating Boston Market restaurant within thirty (30) days of the day it is placed in your wallet, it will expire and is no longer redeemable. If the reward is not redeemed in that time, it is no longer eligible for redemption, and the Market Points that comprised that reward are gone and are not replaced in your account. Once a reward is placed in your wallet, the Market Points it represents cannot be moved back into your Rotisserie Rewards account, so hurry in and redeem the reward.

How do I get Market Points?

You receive 1 Market Point for every full dollar actually spent at a participating Boston Market restaurant, excluding taxes, coupons, delivery fees and donations. For example, if you spend $10.25 before taxes, you will earn 10 Market Points. Taxes, delivery fees or donations do not count towards earning Market Points. You do not earn Market Points on reward redemptions. Please see Terms of Use for all conditions and exclusions.

How many rewards can I redeem at each visit?

You can redeem one reward per visit. If you make a catering purchase, you can redeem up to five separate rewards during checkout. You must have a sufficient number of Market Points for any reward, or in total for any rewards if you wish to redeem more than one, that you wish to redeem.

Do my points have any cash value?

No. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for the rewards described in the Terms of Use at bostonmarket.com, and only at participating Boston Market restaurants for Boston Market menu items as explained in the Terms and Conditions. Restrictions, exclusions and limitations may apply.

When will my Rotisserie Rewards account be adjusted after a purchase (meaning I earn Market Points) or redemption (meaning I use Market Points)?

Your earned Market Points will post to your account 24 hours after your last qualifying Boston Market purchase. The same goes for redemptions. Your Rotisserie Rewards account will show Market Points deducted for rewards within 24 hours of you selecting a reward and moving it into your wallet. Once placed in your wallet, a reward, or rewards, cannot be moved back into your Rotisserie Rewards account. The reward (or rewards) must be redeemed in a timely manner or the reward expires and is no longer available for use.

Can I earn Market Points on catering purchases and/or on Holiday Home Delivery purchases?

Yes and no. You can earn Market Points on catering purchases, but not on Holiday Home Delivery purchases. See the Terms of Use at bostonmarket.com for all details.

Can I apply my Market Points toward catering purchases or Holiday Home Delivery purchases?

Yes and no. Only certain Rotisserie Rewards apply to catering purchases. If you reach the number of Market Points necessary to qualify for a reward that may be applied to a catering purchase (as described in the Terms of Use at bostonmarket.com) and place that reward in your wallet, you may redeem it for a qualifying catering purchase from a participating Boston Market restaurant. This Catering reward may be redeemed during checkout.

At present, you cannot accumulate Market Points for a Holiday Home Delivery Purchase, or redeem Market Points for a Holiday Home Delivery purchase, and we do not offer any Rotisserie Reward that may be redeemed on any Holiday Home Delivery purchases.

Can I earn and redeem Market Points at any Boston Market locations?

Market Points may be earned and redeemed at any participating Boston Market restaurant. Please see the Terms of Use.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

Providing your birthday information is optional. However, if you choose to provide it, you will receive a birthday reward on or near your birthday. You must have registered for the Rotisserie Rewards program at least two weeks prior to your birthday in order to receive a birthday reward. Simply give your cell phone number to the cashier at a participating Boston Market restaurant to collect your reward. You do not use Market Points for this reward, nor do you get Market Points for redeeming your birthday reward.

May I collect rewards if I’m a VIP Member?

Yes, so long as you are also a Rotisserie Rewards member. The VIP program is separate from the Rotisserie Rewards program. Only Rotisserie Rewards members will earn Market Points and are able to redeem rewards that are part of the Rotisserie Rewards program. If you are a member of the VIP program and choose NOT to download the Boston Market app and/or otherwise participate in the Rotisserie Rewards program, and so remain a VIP member ONLY, you will still receive offers and news as part of the VIP program for a limited time until the VIP program has ended. However, you will not accrue valuable Market Points for purchases, and so will not be eligible for Rotisserie Rewards redemptions.
