Bacon Vinaigrette Steamed Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Side Boston Market Steamed Veggies 4 Slices of Bacon
  • 2 TBS Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 TBS Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 1 TBS Dijon Mustad
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Cook bacon in a large skillet, remove bacon and crumble.
  • Add the red onion and garlic to the hot bacon grease, sauteĢ for 1 minute.
  • Add brown sugar and cook until dissolved, about 1 minute.
  • Add orange juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and salt, cook for approximately 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Allow to reduce by half.
  • Add veggies to hot dressing and toss to combine. Serve warm.
