Chicken Mediterranean Pizza

This Mediterranean-inspired pesto flatbread pizza features our all natural slow-roasted chicken and cooks in just 10 – 12 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (1 ½ cups) of Boston Market Rotisserie Chicken, pulled
  • 4 prepared flatbread rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced olives
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoons red, slivered onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Brush each flatbread with a ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • Spread pesto evenly across the flatbreads
  • Spread pulled chicken evenly across the flatbreads
  • Spread onions, olives, and tomatoes evenly across the top of the pulled chicken
  • Top with shredded Mozzarella and Feta cheeses
  • Place in oven and cook 10-12 minutes
  • Remove and cut into wedges or 1″ slices
